Discover. Innovate. Create.

Westside Neighborhood School (WNS) presents its annual family-friendly faire of creativity and innovation in the North Campus STEAM Academic Center!

Open to current 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students from any school!

We will run different maker stations involving woodworking, virtual reality, laser cutting, sewing, 3D design, Hummingbird robotics, scratch coding, painting, cardboard construction, and more!

Event Information

  • Saturday, December 5th, 2026
  • 9:30am - 12:00pm

Drop-in any time from 9:30am – 12:00pm, though it is recommended that you allow about an hour and a half to experience all of the stations. Parents are welcome; drop off is optional. Please feel free to invite a friend from another school!

Attendees can select from a variety of interactive stations. Whether you explore a far off land through virtual reality, code a robot to move and light up, draw a personalized logo for laser cutting, or build a project in cardboard or wood, you will engage with exciting new tools that tap your creativity and imagination.

Please only RSVP if your student is currently in grades 3, 4, or 5.
